Q. What is IJMB ?

A. IJMB means Interim Joint Matriculation Board. Is a federal government program that is being supervised by Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. Before, it's only program used by students to gain admission into Nigerian universities, before federal government comes up with JAMB. But now, we can say IJMB is a program to set up to put an ease to students admission difficulties, as it's easier to gain admission with it, than JAMB. 

Steps In Applying For IJMB Program

1,The first step is to print the form out at http://www.suigenerisedu.blogspot.com/p/obtain-application.html

2. Then do pay the form fee which is currently #6,500 to the following account number

3 After paying, do fill the printed form with CAPITAL LETTERS

4. Attach your passport to the designated area on the form

5. Go back to the nearest cyber cafe to you and scan the form you have already filled, and also scan the teller copy you were issued at the bank

6. Send all the scanned data to US @ suigenerisinstitute2006@gmail.com

7. Within 2 to 4 hours, a reply will be sent to you via the email you used to send the scanned data to us, the email will include other few details you need to know as an IJMB students

The total fees you will be paying through your IJMB programme with us in any of our centres is #130,000 till you write your final examination which is alway due by Februay every year. You can see the break down of the fees at IJMB  Form Fees

Q. Does IJMB Result Expires?

A. NO, it doesnt,

Q. How difficult Is IJMB?

A. It s not as dificult as it is said or imagine.Is it very simple as it requires your entire commitment. Out of 15poits ,the admmitable point is 5points.Most of the Universities in Nigeria accept 4 or 3 points. We hereby advise our beloved students to anticipate beyond the cut-off point in order to subdue competition.Many of our students have landed into great scores as..,13pts, 15pts,11pts etc

Q. How Can I Buy IJMB Form?

A. IJMB form is now online, you can the form for #6,500 .OR you call  to tell you where you can obtain your form  in all our selling units across Nigeria

Q. Where Does My Result Issued From?

A. Your IJMB is issued by Ahmadu Bello University,Zaria.After two month of the exam at various approved centres ,the ABU ll now send it you through your coordinator

Q. What If I Choose Not To Complete The Program After Paying For The Program?

A. Well, I promise you will never see reason to stop the program, except of course, if  you have seen another higher level of promises. Since you have known me to always be sincere with you,  NO AMOUNT OF MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED, if you decided to quit the program at any level or you committed a crime will be sent home. All the school rules be given to you as soon as you step to the centre

Q. Is Instalmental Payment Allowed?

A. Yes, it depends on you. But it does have  very short-time intervals

Q. What Are The Requirement I Need To Participate In IJMB? 

A. ENTRY REQUIRMENT

The following below are the expected requirement for the applying candidate.

1.       A candidate must have five (5) credits passes in the relevant subjects including mathematics and English.

2.       Awaiting result accepted i.e. any student who has already sitten for either  WAEC, NECO or NABTEB and the result is yet to be out can apply.

3.       While in process of applying, make sure six (6) recent passport with red background is ready.

4.       Your Birth certificate.

5.        State of origin certificate.

6.       Having accomplished the necessary credentials obtain your form online, and fill  in necessary details, make sure your details are correct, because whatever you fill in your form will be used for your registration.

7.       OR if you don’t have a complete  O’ Level result you can also sit for another one in our school.

Q. WHAT YOU DON’T NEED WHILE  APLYING FOR  IJMB

1.       You don’t need neither  UTME(JAMB) result nor  Post-Utme

2.       You don’t need any entry examination, as soon as you obtain the form, registration resumes immediately at the institute.

All applicants are expected to visit the school site often for more information regarding the programme. The resumption date for next section is on 26 – JANUARY-2015,,so it is advisable for all interested applicant to have their details well organized, because such details will be needed at the institute for screening.

Q. What Other Materials I Needs For The IJMB Programme?

A. Your textbooks and IJMB past questions. Soon I will list the textbooks you need for an IJMB program and the prices, and whether you can have them cheaper at your place or here in Ilorin. If you can have them cheaper at your place, that's good for you, that means you can start reading them before you come down

2.You need to come with your 'student mattress' food items and other necessary personal belongings

 

Textbooks  : Ijmb textbooks are available for sale.It is advisable for ijmb students to buy. But this is                         OPTIONAL.This is the total amount that covers all the necessary ones.

SCIENCES : # 15, 000.

SOCIAL SC : #10, 000.

ARTS            #15,000.

Q. How Easy To Pass An IJMB Exam? 

Personally, the percent rate of people passing IJMB are much higher than any other exams despite being seen as very difficult. Every year at least 70% of people writing the examination do have up to 8 to 14 points while at least 30% do have the minimum points admittable to Nigerian universities which is 5 points to 7points. Just like I have always tell students, be sure of what you are coming down for, don't come in a way that when we start asking you questions you are not even sure of what you want for yourselves.

Q. What Is The Possibility Of Gaining Admission With IJMB?

A. Very few students know about IJMB, I think every year ABU Zaria registered less than 20,000 IJMB students comparing to JAMB that over 1.5 million students sat down for it annually. Comparing to universities, over 80 percent of federal universities accept IJMB including states while we all know that all universities accept JAMB but comparing the them, I'm sure you can figure out the possibility
